Gallery visits

Since 2008 Christopher Herbert has offered a unique service, providing expert guided tours of the major London art galleries such as the National Gallery and Tate Britain. Arrangement of tours, at your choice, can focus on a specific artist, theme or period. Groups of between 2 and 24 can be accommodated, and bespoke programmes & specific requests can be considered.

A few examples of available programmes:

• An introduction to the Flemish masters: Jan van Eyck, Rogier Van der Weyden, Hans Memling, etc.
• An introduction to some twentieth-century English artists: Paul Nash, Stanley Spencer etc,.
